Corpus is committed to customer satisfaction. Keep in mind that returns of beauty products of all kinds must be thrown away; our return policy is designed to reduce waste as part of our commitment to sustainability in all areas of our business.

 

30-DAY DEODORANT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our full size natural deodorant by providing a one-time refund or exchange for first-time customers. This applies to one deodorant, not multiple. We refund the purchase price, which does not include original shipping charges. We do not issue return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. Please email support@corpusnaturals.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return.

We accept payment via Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.

Corpusnaturals.com does not currently offer gift cards but we may do so in the future. (We hear that our Duo Sets and Scented Candles make great gifts, however!)

SHIPPING

To track your order, please refer to the notifications sent to the email you used to place your order. If you have a CORPUS account, you can also login and click the order number listed on your account page to view
the tracking.

Please note orders take 1-3 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed after 12pm PT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped 1-3 business days from the following Monday.

Our regular standard shipping takes 2-10 days depending on your location. The carrier is also location dependent. We also offer 2-day shipping for an additional charge which is calculated at checkout.

All orders with a subtotal over $50 include complimentary standard shipping in the U.S. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping within the US.

We also offer expedited (2-day) shipping, as well as select international shipping, for an additional charge which is calculated at checkout.

Yes, we do offer international shipping to a number of countries
for an additional charge calculated at checkout. (Note: we do NOT ship to countries within the European Union due to EU tax collection laws). We also encourage you to use our International Retailers list to find a retailer in your country.

Please note, all international orders go through customs and the process can take weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long
this process will take. International customers are responsible for any
applicable local duties and/or sales tax. Additionally, we cannot alter international shipping forms (changing prices, marking orders as gifts, etc.) We also cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.

LOYALTY

First, create a CORPUS account to begin earning points. Simply sign up for an account here or create an account during checkout.

 

Earning points is very simple. For every dollar you spend with us, you receive a point ($1=1 point). You also earn 30 bonus points when you create an account, and can add your birthday into your account and you’ll
receive 50 points to spend during your birthday month.

For every 100 points earned, you’ll receive $10 off. Points are redeemable in $10 increments. Please see our Loyalty page for more details.

Please note you must be signed into your CORPUS account when you place your order in order to earn points. If you were signed in when you made your purchase, please wait up to 24 hours after you placed your order for the points to appear. If they still have not appeared, please contact support@corpusnaturals.com and include your order number and the email associated with your CORPUS account.

PRODUCT & INGREDIENTS

Natural fragrances are essential oils and isolates derived from flowers, fruits, sap, seeds or skin of the plant, as well as the bark, leaves, roots, resins or wood of certain trees and never as a result of synthetic chemistry.

All CORPUS body care products are vegan. All of the ingredients are either plant or mineral derived.

We do not use any ingredients that are known to contain gluten. However, we use a few fermented ingredients that could contain grain, and our manufacturing facility is not gluten or nut free.

No, CORPUS does not test on animals and is certified cruelty-free by both PETA and the Leaping Bunny Program.

Full ingredient listings are available on each individual product page, under “INGREDIENTS.” You will also find a full ingredient list on the outer box or bottle of your product.

Our deodorants are aluminum-free and all of our body care products adhere to the Credo Clean Standard. We only use the highest-quality
ingredients, and provide full ingredient lists on each product page; we encourage anyone who is pregnant or nursing to share these ingredient lists with their primary healthcare provider with questions about usage during those times.

All CORPUS products are made in the USA. We made the conscious decision to manufacture our products close to home and close to our shipping facilities in California when we first launched CORPUS. While the majority of our products are still made in California, we also now make select products in Vermont and New York.

USING NATURAL DEODORANT 

CORPUS deodorant is a natural deodorant, and all deodorants are aluminum-free by definition. Antiperspirants, on the other hand, use pore-clogging aluminum to artificially reduce sweating. But sweating is natural and is one of the ways your body cools and detoxifies itself, so we chose to create a formula that works with your body’s natural chemistry, rather than
against it.

 

Although baking soda is considered a natural ingredient and is found in many natural deodorants, we formulated our deodorant without it as it can cause skin irritation, and has the additional drawback of a gritty and rough texture with white residue.

When you stop using personal care products containing synthetic, artificial ingredients, it’s sometimes common for your body to go through a brief period of readjustment. This is completely normal and necessary for your body to expel foreign toxins. Some people notice increased wetness and odor during the transition period, but most experience little to no odor, wetness, or irritation - the most common switch-related tip we hear is that you may want to apply twice a day in the beginning or during hot, sweaty months (which is also quite a delightful experience!)
